Education Diary (accessible at educationdiaries.in) has been a trusted educational consultancy since 2011, providing personalized admission guidance, NEET score viability analysis, choice-filling sequence architecture, and state quota advisory across Eastern and Southern India (West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Karnataka).
Our services consist solely of expert professional consultancy, counseling handholding, and data-driven guidance. We assist students and parents in interpreting complex regulatory cutoff patterns, understanding seat matrix distribution, completing authority registrations, and avoiding seat forfeiture.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, or an agency of the National Testing Agency (NTA), the National Medical Commission (NMC), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), the West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC), the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), or the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA Bangalore).
All official allotments, rank cards, registrations, choice locks, merit lists, and joining letters are issued exclusively by the respective government counseling authorities through their sovereign online portals.
Zero Capitation, Anti-Fraud & Direct Fee Payments Only
In absolute alignment with the judgments of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and directives issued by the NMC:
- Education Diary does not accept college tuition fees, hostel fees, or university charges in our own bank accounts, in cash, or through personal UPI channels.
- Every rupee of academic tuition and institutional deposit must be remitted by the parent or student directly to the allotted college's official bank account via Demand Draft (DD) or RTGS.
- We hold a strict zero-tolerance policy against unauthorized donations, unlawful capitation fees, or illegal backdoor claims. We do not participate in or facilitate unofficial arrangements.
NEET Score Analysis & Probability Matrix Nature
The College Probability Matrix, score-to-college projections, and guidance shared during counseling sessions are computed using 10+ years of historical round cutoffs, category shifts, annual seat additions, and telemetry data from previous counseling cycles.
- Indicative Modeling: Historical cutoff telemetry provides probability modeling, but final seat allotment remains dependent on actual candidate rank distributions, annual percentile inflation, and real-time choice fill sequences on official government portals.
- Merit Sovereign Rule: All allotments strictly depend on candidate merit under the counseling authority’s centralized algorithm. Education Diary does not guarantee government allotment independently of authority merit criteria.
Choice-Filling Architecture & Security Deposit Protection
Both MCC All-India counseling and State counseling bodies (WBMCC, BCECEB, JCECEB, KEA) enforce strict rules under which candidate security deposits (ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹2,05,000) are forfeited if a candidate is allotted a choice in Round 2, Mop-Up, or Stray Vacancy rounds and fails to join.
Our counselors construct prioritized, high-intent choice lists designed to match the candidate's genuine preferences and prevent unwanted allotments that trigger forfeiture.
The final responsibility to verify choices on the authority portal, lock selections before deadlines, and report for physical document verification rests with the candidate and parent.
Candidate & Parent Obligations
By engaging with Education Diary, parents and candidates affirm that:
- All NEET scorecards, admit cards, domicile certificates, caste credentials, and academic marksheets submitted are 100% genuine and unaltered.
- You will strictly maintain confidentiality of your personal login credentials (passwords, OTPs, security PINs) on official government counseling portals.
- You will review the complete fee circulars of institutions, including mandatory bank guarantees, hostel deposits, and service bonds, before confirming choice locks.
- You will inform our assigned regional counselor immediately of any rank updates, authority notifications, or allotment SMS messages received.
Advisory Fees & Retainer Policy
Education Diary provides initial eligibility assessment and 1-on-1 discovery briefings free of charge. Where candidates opt for comprehensive end-to-end handholding (including dedicated nodal assistance, continuous round-by-round strategy, document prep, and choice-sequence locks):
- Transparent Retainer: All advisory service fees are documented upfront with an official receipt. No concealed surcharges or surprise billing will occur.
- Service-Oriented Scope: Advisory retainers cover the intellectual labor, data analysis, dedicated counselor time, and ground logistics provided across active counseling rounds.
Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Regional Directory
These Terms of Advisory shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute or concern arising from educational advisory services, both parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through our Chief Grievance Officer.
